If, any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your items, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
An EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for full priced items will be provided only where:
- Clothing is in a saleable condition along with original packaging, all tags attached and proof of purchase (receipt)
- Clothing has not been worn, damaged, altered or washed
- Clothing must be returned within a 20 day purchase period (day of when online order or click and collect is placed)
- Any credit issues will be valid for 12 months from date of return
Shipping returns:
If you wish to exchange items via post these charges will be at your own cost.
To complete a return :
- Fill out our customer inquiry box find on the bottom of our webpage.
These details must be included
- first and last name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Reason of return: change of mind, item too big or small, item different to image
- please state if you after a exchange or store credit

CASA ROPA, doesn’t take any responsibility of any items damaged or lost in transit. We recommend sending items back via registered post or tracking number included, this is proof that items have been sent back within 14 day time frame.
All returns must comply with all of the above. If the return doesn’t meet the above terms you will be required to pay the extra shipping and handling charges for the item to be sent back to you.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of CASA ROPA receiving your shipment.
